Electric ball valves have two types of seals: elastic seal and metal seal. Elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the disc. Valves with metal seals generally have a longer life than those with elastic seals, but it is difficult to achieve complete sealing. Metal seals can accommodate higher operating temperatures, while elastomeric seals have the disadvantage of being limited by temperature. If an electric ball valve is required to be used as a flow control, it is important to choose the correct size and type of valve. The construction principle of the electric ball valve is especially suitable for the manufacture of large-diameter valves. Electric ball valves are not only widely used in general industries such as petroleum, gas, chemical, and water treatment, but also in the cooling water system of thermal power plants. Commonly used electric ball valves include two types: wafer type electric ball valve and flange type electric ball valve. Wafer type electric ball valve is to connect the valve between two pipeline flanges with stud bolts. Flange type electric ball valve has flanges on the valve, and bolts are used to connect the flanges at both ends of the valve to the pipe flanges. The strength performance of the valve refers to the ability of the valve to withstand the pressure of the medium. The valve is a mechanical product subject to internal pressure, so it must have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure long-term use without cracking or deformation. The pneumatic ball valve is composed of a ball valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator. The pneumatic actuator is divided into a double-acting pneumatic actuator and a single-acting pneumatic actuator. It is controlled by a solenoid valve to realize the opening and closing action of the ball valve. The pneumatic ball valve can realize intelligent control, quickly open or close the pipeline, and can effectively control and manage the pipeline network.
